Daniel Cutts

Special Agent Daniel Cutts is a federal agent with the Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), currently assigned to Greenville, South Carolina since 2002. As an agency, HSI investigates criminal activity, as mandated in over 600 federal statutes, that has a nexus to the United States border, including narcotics smuggling, money laundering, transnational gangs and organized crime, human trafficking and smuggling, child exploitation, export control violations and intellectual property rights crimes. Special Agent Cutts primarily focuses on the cyber components as they pertain to these jurisdictional areas. Special Agent Cutts is a certified computer forensics agent within HSI and as such is responsible for the highly technical recovery and analyzation of digital evidence from electronic devices.
