Four Furman alumni share their stories of leadership during potentially devastating crises. Join us to hear from U.S. Ambassador Deborah Malac about fighting Ebola in Liberia; Jason Terrell, CEO of Profound Gentlemen about his work to dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline; Beth Niblock, Detroit’s CIO about her work completely overhauling IT in the City of Detroit and to enable Detroit to come out of bankruptcy; and Eric Spitler, a former FDIC director who served during the peak of the 2008 financial crisis.

Presented by Furman University’s Riley Institute and Department of Politics and International Affairs. This event is free and open to the public.
