Upstate International is partnering with Alliance Française to celebrate crêpe day. This French tradition is called “Chandeleur”. As the days are getting longer, we celebrate the return of sunny days (crêpes symbolize the sun) heading to spring. It marks the end of the Christmas period. Watch how crêpes are made and enjoy a day of delicious food!
