🍴 A Pinch of Culture
Learn How to Make Ratatouille | Cook Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
A French Dish
Ingredients:
1 eggplant, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups tomato sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.

Add tomato sauce, salt, and pepper; simmer for 10 minutes.

In a baking dish, spread tomato sauce mixture.

Arrange sliced vegetables in a spiral pattern on top.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
