Vuonna 2010 herra Tschurtschenthaler siirtyi BMW:n Spartanburgin tehtaalle Etel\u00e4-Carolinaan toisen kokoonpanohallin teknisen suunnittelun toteutusvaiheen johtajaksi. T\u00e4m\u00e4 johti 10 vuoden tuotekehitykseen ja kokonaisvaltaiseen tuotevastuuseen BMW Luxury Class -mallistossa, johon kuuluvat Etel\u00e4-Carolinassa valmistetut BMW 7-sarja, iX ja X-mallit.
