December’s Retired Expats Luncheon will take place at Chicora Alley Restaurant & Bar and will be hosted by Thomas Kester. The restaurant’s menu is a mix of Mexican and Caribbean foods. To enter the restaurant, enter through a door next to Rainer’s Cafe and Bar and go up the staircase to the second floor. Parking is available at the following locations: along the street, the free city parking lot on South Main Street, the River Street Parking Garage, and smaller lots requiring a fee to park.
