Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 2013, plus de 100 \u00e9v\u00e9nements internationaux ont eu lieu chaque ann\u00e9e en mars dans toute la r\u00e9gion d&#039;Upstate, offrant ainsi \u00e0 des centaines de personnes l&#039;opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9couvrir une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 d&#039;exp\u00e9riences culturelles.
