Zijn werk bestond voornamelijk uit reorganisaties, herstructureringen en herkapitalisaties. Hij bekleedde ook een leidinggevende functie bij Delta Air Lines en United. Zijn ervaring omvat het management van supportcentra op meerdere locaties in India.
