L’italiano a Tavola: Exploring Italy (Interactive 3-Part Series)

Open to all language levels, this interactive three-part class series offers lively discussions on regional culinary traditions, authentic food stories, and essential travel tips. At each class, nibbles from the “Bel Paese” are shared, and the course concludes with a hands-on pasta-making lesson and tasting. Don’t miss this delicious adventure!

Class Dates & Topics

  • February 6th:  Mangia! The structure of meals, types of restaurants, how to order, food vocabulary. Tiny tastes provided.
  • March 6th:  Regional Flavors — Italian geography, agriculture, history and how these factors contribute to regional food traditions.
  •  April 3rd:  Pasta 101 — Together we will prepare, cook, and share a batch of pasta all’uovo (egg pasta).
