Hosting an event that celebrates culture, diversity, or international exchange?

Use the form to submit your event for inclusion on the Upstate International calendar.

We welcome event submissions that align with our mission to foster cross-cultural understanding and global engagement. This includes:

  • Cultural festivals or holidays
  • Educational workshops or lectures
  • Language or cooking classes
  • Art, music, or performance events
  • International networking or civic gatherings

Events must be open to the public and occur in or near the Upstate region of South Carolina.

Submit your event at least 2 weeks in advance for the best chance at visibility. Include as much detail as possible and upload a flyer or image (landscape is best!) to help us promote your event visually.

  • Review & Approval: Submissions are reviewed by our team within 3–5 business days.
  • Edits: We may edit submissions for clarity, formatting, or to fit the calendar layout.
