Alexander Schad has a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. For the past 23 years, he has worked at Nedlloyd Lines (Coral Gables, Florida) and Frederic Schad (Dominican Republic). He is currently Chairman of the Board of the latter organization, a regional logistics company representing DHL Global Forwarding in six Caribbean nations. Alexander is the past president of the Dominican Association of Freight Forwarders (ADACAM), President of the Association of Dominican Logistics Operators (Asologic), Treasurer of the Latin American Association of Freight Forwarders (ALACAT), and Chairman of the Trade Facilitation Committee at the Dominican American Chamber of Commerce. Alexander is a member of the board of directors of Frederic Schad, Haina International Terminals, DR Trade, Dragados del Caribe, Despachos Portuarios Hispaniola, among others.
