David Snepp heads the Defense, Intelligence & Law Enforcement security subsegment for Moody’s Analytics Global Government practice. Previous to joining Moody’s, David was a subject matter expert for the US Army Mission Command Training Program based at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. He also was an adjunct instructor with the U.S. Joint Special Operations University, MacDill AFB, Tampa as a Counterterrorism Planner. David served for four years in senior positions with both the NATO ISAF Headquarters and the US Embassy in Kabul. He also served on Capitol Hill as senior staff to two US Senators. David Graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor’s in Communications and Political Science.
