Hannah Terpack is the Director of Career Management at the University of South Carolina Upstate in Spartanburg. Most recognized for her work in career development for students, Hannah previously held positions in TRiO working with first-generation college students and in academic advisement for business students. Her passion for teaching and coaching is never more evident than when she is instructing students on the value of networking, the critical nature of soft skills development for securing and maintaining employment, and storytelling strategies for successful interviews and compelling personal statements. At USC Upstate, Hannah is the co-chair of the Annual Global Career Forum, the university’s largest recruiting and networking event which is held each September, and she coordinates an annual spring break trip to Costa Rica as part of a special Career Planning class focused on NACE career competency development. She is certified in corporate business etiquette and international protocol by the Protocol School of Washington and is especially known across the upstate region for facilitating dining etiquette tutorials that are far from stuffy and boring. Hannah lives in downtown Greer with her husband Shawn and their three dogs.
