Jennifer spent over 20 years with a multinational leader in the power and automation industry, selling engineered systems and solutions to original equipment manufacturers for applications all over the world. Taking the reigns of an early career rotational program, she spent seven years recruiting and developing talent, where she fell in love with the opportunity to help young professionals find their paths and pursue their dreams. She then transitioned to managing a bi-coastal team of program managers in a fast-paced startup business. After managing a family-owned business through the pandemic, Jennifer was thrilled to join the Malone Center for Career Engagement at Furman University, applying a “corporate America” background to positively impact the experiences of students and create meaningful connections with the business community.
Married to Ken, her partner in crime for 23 years spanning 4 states, 5 dogs and a couple of cats, Jennifer enjoys college football and baseball, cooking, travel, and every single minute she can spend with their two kids, Parker (Clemson IE) and Macie (USC Marketing).
