Tom Tyra joined the GSP Airport District in June 2018. Tom is responsible for management of all airport communications and marketing programs, airline recruitment, cargo marketing, advertising, customer experience, and the development of corporate and leisure travel programs for GSP. Tom has over 30 years of experience in airport management and has previously led marketing, public relations, communications, and air service development programs for Louisville International Airport (SDF), Blue Grass Airport (LEX), and John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH). Tom is a resident of Greer, SC and a graduate of the University of Louisville.
