Dr. Frank Fisher is a senior executive in the manufacturing sector with over 30 years of experience in international sourcing, contract manufacturing, supply chain design, as well as acquisition due diligence and integration. He has been accountable for a cumulative sourcing spend of over $1BN, presented original papers and spoken at prestigious conferences, and created/led negotiation workshops on four continents.
Frank has built and led teams of international associates across multiple companies in a variety of industries. He has a history of success in developing sourcing strategies, facilitating supplier evaluations, and negotiating supply agreements in over 20 countries, including Brazil, Mexico, China, India, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Germany, and England.
Frank is particularly known for his depth in Global manufacturing outsourcing process, strategy, and execution. In addition to the Chemical and Textile Divisions of Milliken & Co., he was accountable for all outside manufacturing for The Dow Chemical Company globally. The Dow businesses supported included: Dow Building Materials, Dow Automotive, Dow Microbial Control, Dow AgroSciences, Dow Specialty Chemicals, and Dow Oil & Gas.
