We’re excited to share that, beginning with the Spring Semester, we’ll be partnering with CourseStorm to upgrade our class registration system. This new platform is designed to make registration simpler, smoother, and more user‑friendly for everyone.
In addition to improving the student experience, CourseStorm will give instructors access to helpful new tools, including:
- Real‑time class rosters with student contact details
- The ability to message your entire class directly through the system
- Enrollment tracking (registered, waitlisted, dropped) for your courses
- A mobile‑friendly dashboard so you can manage rosters and communication on the go
Each instructor will have their own individual login to access these features. You’ll receive your login information and step‑by‑step instructions once we’re further along in the onboarding process.
To help everyone get comfortable with the new system, we’ll be hosting two online onboarding and educational meetings via Zoom.

What to Know Before You Join
- Once you RSVP, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link for your selected session.
- No prep is required, but feel free to bring any questions you have about registration, class setup, or student communication.
- If you haven’t already, take a quick look at the CourseStorm dashboard so you’re familiar with the layout.
