Food is nutrition and health, and it is also so much more. Food is part of all the major events in our lives. Food means family, comfort, culture, memories, celebrations, holidays, and so much more.
Part of creating a Globally Welcoming Upstate is providing food to our neighbors in need that nourishes their bodies as well as their hearts. Loaves & Fishes will be giving food collected through this food drive to several agencies who are working together to feed many of our neighbors in need.
During your next visit to Upstate International, we encourage you to bring nonperishable food or household items from this list to help our neighbors. You can place your donation on our bookshelf, which is located in UI’s foyer when you first walk in on the left of the stairs.
