Celebrating Life Together: A Bilingual Wellness Seminar

Join us for Celebrating Life Together, a bilingual (English/French) mini-seminar focused on nutrition, prevention, and holistic well-being—created especially for newcomers navigating life in the U.S.
Dr. Sandrine Martin, a French native from the Center for Holistic Care in Cornelius, NC, and her Belgian colleague Guy de Boo will lead this interactive session, offering practical tools for embracing a healthier lifestyle, managing stress, and building meaningful connections across cultures.

3:30–4:00 PM | Q & A and Open Discussion
Topics will include:
- The role of prevention in long-term wellness
- Nutrition tips for adapting to American food culture
- Understanding and managing different types of stress
- Creating a fresh, healthy chapter in your life
- Building international bridges and support networks
- Staying connected and supporting each other in shared goals
