Join us as Greenville County Council Vice-Chair, Dan Thripp, officially proclaims the month of March to be Upstate International Month at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 4, in front of the Upstate International office, 9 S. Memminger Street, Greenville, SC 29601. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
